FirstEnergy, a leading energy provider, underwent a significant leadership change with the appointment of a new CEO. To foster transparency, engagement, and direct communication, the CEO introduced a quarterly town hall initiative. These events needed to take place at various FirstEnergy office locations, accommodating 200 employees in person while simultaneously streaming to over 12,000 employees company-wide.
